What You Have to Do
|
|
You will research and write about four of the events or persons in the song. Your
typed paper should be at least 300 words and must explain about these persons or events. Also include an explanation why you think these people or events were important to be in your paper.
Your paper should contain an additional two events that happened between 1989 and 2004
that you think should be added to the song. You must explain the events and give your reasons why it should be there.
Project Presentation:
After you have assigned your jobs, first complete this paper as
a large group, then each member must complete their jobs in the Task Webpage. After all of the projects
have been completed, find some way to present these to the class. ALL group members must participate. Here are some examples:
- Tape record a news show based on your time period (try to
get the clothes and language right)
- Create a Newspaper from the Time Period discussing the Events
and People
- Act out the events or people in a play or act.
- You can mix these styles or even better:
USE YOUR IMAGINATION AND BE CREATIVE!!
